Booking Terms

Quotes and prices

Prices on this website are starting prices per person on a twin-sharing basis. Your written quotation is the final reference for price, inclusions and exclusions.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you accept the written quotation and the agreed advance is received. Hotels and vehicles are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation charges depend on the policies of the hotels and transport providers involved and are stated in your written quotation. Please ask before you book.

On the ground

Weather, road closures and local regulations in the mountains can change plans. We will always suggest the closest alternative available.
